[서종협 기자 = 태백시] 이상호 태백시장은 20일 민선8기 시정혁신과 시민참여 제고를 위해 사업소 및 동 팀장급과 시정 업무 전반에 대한 다양한 의견과 애로사항을 청취하는 대화의 시간을 가졌다고 밝혔다. 

이상호 태백시장은 “팀장님들은 30년 이상의 공직 경험을 쌓은 행정의 전문가이자 부서장과 직원 간의 원활한 관계 형성을 위한 가교 역할을 하는 시정의 중심”이라고 격려하며 “공직자로서 소신껏 업무에 임하고, 행정의 최일선에서 대시민 서비스 제공에 최선을 다해 줄 것”을 당부했다.

태백시 관계자는 “향후 직급별 다양한 직원들과 시장과의 환담자리를 통해 업무공유 뿐만이 아니라 시정전반에 대한 애로점 청취, 개선사항을 함께 고민하고 더 나아가 시민참여 제고 방안을 적극 모색해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
