[김준호 기자 = 삼척시] 오는 10월 14일 제28회 삼척시민의 날 기념식 행사가 오전 10시 30분 삼척문화예술회관 대공연장에서 개최된다.

오전 9시 30분부터 삼척문화예술회관 광장에서 삼척조비농악단의 조비농악이 실내무대에서는 신바람힐링 장구공연·청소년오케스트라 청소년연주회 등이 식전행사로 열린다.

기념식 행사는 삼척시 관광 홍보영상 상영, 시민헌장 낭독, 삼척시민상 시상, 기념사 및 축사 등으로 진행 될 예정이다.

제28회 삼척시민상은 지난 9월 16일 삼척시민상 심의위원회를 통해 대상 1명, 본상 1명이 선정되었다. 대상은 김형철 한국청년지도자연합회 삼척시지회 행정실장에게 수여되고, 본상은 전순옥 삼척소방서 도계여성의용소방대 대장에게 수여된다. 

삼척시 관계자는 "시민과 함께 다시 뛰는 삼척을 위해 성원과 격려를 보내 주신 시민들을 위한 이번 행사에 많은 참여을 부탁드린다.”고 전했다.
