[김준호 기자 = 정선군]  정선군에서는 내년부터 본격 시행할 “고향사랑기부제”의 안정적 정착을 위해 주력하고 있다.

고향사랑기부는 주민등록상 주소지외 지방자치단체에 개인 1인당 연간 500만원까지이며, 10만원까지는 전액 세액 공제를 10만원 이상 초과분에 대해서는 16.5%까지 세액공제를 받을 수 있다.

군에서는 지난 9월 15일부터 18일까지 열린 정선아리랑제 행사장에서 군청 직원을 비롯한 관계 기관과 함께 4일간 축제장을 찾은 10만여명의 관람객을 대상으로 고향사랑기부제 집중 홍보 캠페인을 전개했다.

군은 고향사랑기부제 군민인식 확산을 위해 군청 및 읍·면 행정복지센터 민원실에 홍보 전단지를 비치·홍보를 실시하고 있는 것은 물론 현수막 게첨, 홈페이지 게재, 소식지 아라리사람들 통한 제도홍보, 관내에서 열리는 각종 행사에 홍보 활동을 전개하고 있다.

또한 군은 고향사랑기부제 안정적 장착·운영, 기부금 모금을 위한 조례제정을 추진하고 있으며, 기금설치, 위원회 구성, 답례품 선정을 오는 12월초까지 마무리 할 계획이다.

고향사랑기부금 기부 방법은 대면으로는 지정 금융기관 방문 기부와 전자적으로는 행정안전부에서 개발중에 있는 종합정보시스템에 접속하여 기부를 할 수 있다.

군에서는 건강하고 행복한 정선을 위한 정선군민과 출향인사, 대한민국 국민들의 푸근함과 정이 넘치는 국민고향 정선에 더욱 많은 기부가 이어질 수 있도록 많은 관심과 성원을 당부했다.
