[김준호 기자 = 정선군] 동계올림픽 개최도시 정선 북평면에서 민족 최대명절인 추석을 맞아 노래자랑 이벤트를 진행한다고 밝혔다.

오는 10일 오후 2시 나전역에 개최되는 노래자랑은 문화예술 공간으로 인기를 끌고 있는 나전역 특설무대에서 추석을 맞아 고향을 찾는 귀성객과 관광객, 지역 주민들이 한자리에 모여 화합하는 자리가 마련된다.

북평면 청년회 주관으로 열리는 노래자랑에는 누구나 참여할 수 있으며, 노래자랑, 경품권 추첨, 지역 출신 가수 축하공연 등으로 진행된다.

또한 이날 북평면 청년회에서는 가리왕산 올림픽 문화유산 보존과 대한민국 최초의 산림형 올림픽 국가정원 조성 추진을 널리 알리기 위한 홍보 켐페인을 함께 진행한다.

정선선의 간이역인 나전역은 1969년 보통역으로 영업을 시작해 1993년부터는 역무원이 없는 간이역으로 운영되고 있으며, 현재에는 기차역 운영과 함께 국내 1호 간이역 카페로 새롭게 변신해 숨은 정선의 관광 랜드마크로 급부상하며 연인, 가족, 친구들과 함께 힐링하며 추억의 여행지로 많은 사랑을 받고 있다.
