[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강원도 보건위생정책과는 8일 삼척시민육관(현장:삼척중학교)에서 삼척시보건소 외 17개 위생부서, 도 교육청, 삼척교육지원청, 삼척중학교와 합동으로 ‘식중독 현장대응 모의훈련’을 갖고 식중독 대응 체계를 점검한다고 밝혔다.

이번 훈련은 실제 식중독 발생을 가정하여 식중독 의심 환자 발생 시 신속・정확한 상황보고와 관련기관 간 협업 역량을 강화해서 빠른 현장대응으로 식중독 확산을 조기에 차단하기 위해 실시했다.

특히, 최근 사회적 거리두기 해제로 모임 및 야외활동이 증가하고 있고, 평년보다 높은 기온이 지속되고 있어 식중독 발생우려가 어느때 보다 커진 상황이다.

김경희 도 보건위생정책과장은 ‘이번 모의훈련을 통해 식중독 발생을 예방하는 역량을 강화하는 한편,  유관기관과 유기적인 공조체계를 점검해서 “일상생활에서 손씻기” 및 여름철 식자재관리 부주의로 인한 식중독 확산을 최소화 할 수 있도록 최선을 다 하겠다고 밝혔다.
