[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강릉시가 직원들을 대상으로 친절강릉을 실현하는 민원행정서비스 추진을 위한 상반기 친절교육을 실시한다고 밝혔다. 

28일 오전과 오후로 나누어 2회 진행되는 이번 친절교육은, 민원접점 공무원 및 신규 공무원은 필수참석한 가운데 공무직, 기간제 근로자 등 구분 없이 전 직원을 대상으로 CS 전문강사를 초빙하여 진행한다고 했다.

이번 교육은 전화민원, 대면민원, 악성민원 등 실제 상황에 맞춤형으로 슬기로운 민원응대 전략을 학습하고, 실제 민원응대 과정에서 활용 효과를 높여 친절강릉의 이미지를 제고할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다고 했다. 

또한, 민원접점 직원의 심리안정화 교육(셀프 감정코칭), 습관화된 바람직하지 않은 행동의 피드백 과정을 통해 직원들이 스스로 자신을 돌아볼 수 있는 기회를 제공함과 동시에, 앞으로 나아가야 할 방향 설정에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다고 전했다.

강릉시 관계자는 “이번 친절교육을 통해 새롭게 시작되는 민선8기 「시민 중심 적극행정」실현에 추진력을 얻을 수 있기를 기대하며, 앞으로도 꾸준한 친절교육을 통해 친절강릉을 만들어가겠다.”고 말했다.
