[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강원도에서는 도내 주택건설사업자의 등록기준 준수여부 등을 조사하여 부실업체에 대한 지도·감독을 강화하고자 지난 2022년 5월 2일 ~ 6월 10일 기간 중 주택건설사업자 실태조사를 실시한다고 전했다. 

이에 따라 도와 시군에서는 도내 139개 업체를 대상으로 자본금, 기술자, 사무실면적 등 등록기준 준수여부와 상호, 대표자, 소재지 등 변경신고 누락여부를 조사할 예정이며 특히 이번 실태조사에서는 지난 2020년~2021년에 행정처분을 받은 업체와 지난 2021년 영업실적을 제출하지 않은 업체 총 31곳을 도와 시군이 합동으로 조사하여, 위반사항 보완여부 확인 등 조사의 실효성을 높일 계획이고 이번 실태조사 결과를 바탕으로, 등록기준에 미달하거나 변경신고를 누락하는 등의 위반사항이 발생한 경우 관계 법령에 따라 사전통지, 의견제출 등의 절차를 거쳐 행정처분을 내릴 방침이라고 밝혔다.

이준호 건축과장은 “매년 강원도에서는 국민 주거수준 향상과 건실한 주택환경 조성을 위해 주택건설사업자 실태조사를 실시하고 있으며, 앞으로 쾌적하고 안전한 주택공급을 위해 힘쓰겠다.”고 말했다.
