[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 원주시는 임신, 출산, 육아 등으로 경력이 단절된 여성들의 경제활동 참여율을 높이기 위해 2022년 여성구직활동 지원사업 2차 신청자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.

여성구직활동 지원사업은 도내 미취업 여성들에게 6개월 동안 월 50만 원씩 구직활동비용을 지원해주는 사업이라고 전했다.

지원금은 교육비와 도서 구매, 시험응시료, 면접활동비 등 구직활동에 쓰이는 경비 등으로 사용할 수 있으며, 구직활동과 무관할 경우 지원금 지급이 제한된다고 했다.

모집 기간은 오는 4월 24일까지이며, 모집 대상은 4월 11일 기준 본인의 주민등록상 주소지가 원주인 만 40세~59세, 기준중위소득 150% 이하인 여성이라고 했다.

특히 이번 2차 모집에서는 연령 기준을 만 54세에서 59세로 확대해 더 많은 미취업 여성들이 혜택을 받을 수 있게 됐다고 전했다.

모집은 강원일자리정보망을 통해 온라인 신청할 수 있으며, 신청서류 및 자세한 사항은 강원일자리정보망 및 시청 홈페이지 공고에서 확인하면 된다고 했다.

한편, 여성구직활동 지원사업은 2019~2021년 선정된 자와 기초생활보장제도 생계급여, 실업급여 수급자, 여성구직활동 지원사업과 유사한 타 제도 등과 중복 지원은 불가하다고 전했다.
