[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 28일 경기주택도시공사(이하 GH)는 경기도 남양주시 다산신도시에 위치한 메트로3단지 및 센트럴파크6단지의 영구임대주택 입주자 추가 모집(총 357세대)과 예비자 모집(총 275세대)을 시행한다고 밝혔다. 

영구임대주택은 최저소득 계층의 주거안정을 위해 50년 이상 또는 영구적인 임대를 목적으로 공급하는 공공임대주택으로, 생계‧의료급여 수급자, 국가유공자, 한 부모 가족, 장애인 등에게 저렴하게 임대하는 사업이라고 했다. 

이번에 공급되는 주택 유형은 메트로3단지 26A(177세대), 26B 타입(18세대, 주거약자형), 센트럴파크6단지 26A(66세대), 26B 타입(95세대, 주거약자형), 33B(1세대)로 원룸형이라고 했다. 

입주자격은 모집공고일(2022년 3월 18일) 기준 남양주시에 주민등록이 등재된 성년자인 무주택세대구성원으로 생계·의료급여 수급자, 한부모가족, 저소득 고령자(만 65세 이상), 월평균 소득의70% 이하 장애인(1명 90%, 2명 80%) 이하인 자 등이라고 했다.
