[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 16일 오후 2시 강릉시는 2023년도 농림축산식품사업 70개 사업 384억 원 신청을 위해 농업․농촌 및 식품산업 정책심의회를 시청 2층 대회의실에서 개최한다고 밝혔다.

농림축산식품사업은 농촌 구조개선을 통해 농업농촌 발전을 도모하고, 농가소득 증대에 기여하기 위해 추진하고 있는 정부 지원사업이라고 했다.

강릉시 농업농촌 및 식품산업 정책심의회 심의회는 위원장인 강릉시장을 비롯해 농업분야 전문가 등 20명의 위원이 참석해 내년도 농림축산식품분야 사업을 심의‧의결한다고 했다.

분야별로는 농업분야 37개 사업 290억, 축산분야 19개 사업 46억, 임업분야 14개 사업 48억이며, 공익직불제, 농산어촌개발, 시설원예현대화 지원, 구제역 방역지원, 녹색일자리 사업 등이 있고, 의결된 사업은 강원도와 농림축산식품부의 심의를 거쳐 2023년도 사업비로 지원될 예정이라고 전했다.

강릉시 관계자는“이번 심의회를 통해 의결된 농림축산식품사업 예산을 차질 없이 확보해 농림축산식품산업 경쟁력 강화와 농업인 소득 증대에 기여하겠다.”고 말했다.
