[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강릉시는 관내 영세 사업주의 경영 부담을 완화하고 1인 자영업자의 안정적 경영활동에 보탬이 되기 위해 2022년도 사회보험료 지원사업을 본격 추진한다고 밝혔다.

소상공인 사회보험료 지원은 사업장 주소를 관내에 두고 근로자 수가 10인 미만, 월평균 보수가 230만 원 미만이며, 두루누리 사회보험 지원을 받는 1개월 이상 고용된 근로자에 대하여 신청 가능하고, 1인 자영업자 사회보험료 지원은 강릉시 소재 사업자등록증을 보유하고 운영 중이며, 고용원이 없는 1인 자영업자면 신청 가능하다고 했다.

※ 사업주 본인 및 배우자, 직계존비속은 제외

세부 조건은 국민연금의 경우 지역가입자이며 기준소득월액 230만 원 미만, 재산세 과세표준액 2억 원 미만, 연 사업소득금액 900만 원 미만의 요건을 모두 충족하여야 하며, 고용·산재보험 지원은 보험에 가입한 1인 자영업자이면 신청가능하다고 했다.

지원금액은 소상공인은 4대 사회보험료 사업주 부담분 중 정부지원금(두루누리 지원금)을 제외한 전액이며, 1인 자영업자는 보험료 납부액의 50%를 지원한다고 했다.

기존에 신청하여 지원받은 사업장은 별도 신청하지 않아도 되며, 신청사항에 변경이 있는 경우 변경신청서를 제출해야 한다고 전했다.

접수는 연중 수시신청이며 접수장소는 사업장 소재지 읍면동 주민센터 방문신청 또는 강릉시청 일자리경제과로 우편신청도 가능하며, 1인 자영업자의 경우 강원일자리정보망 홈페이지를 통한 온라인 신청도 가능하고, 자세한 사항은 강릉시 홈페이지 고시·공고란을 참조하거나 일자리경제과 일자리정책담당으로 문의하면 된다고 전했다.
