[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 2월 28일 캠코(한국자산관리공사)는 부산국제금융센터(BIFC) 본사 3층 캠코마루에서 권남주 사장, 김승태 노동조합 위원장 및 임직원이 참석한 가운데 ｢노사 한마음 공동선언식｣을 개최했다고 밝혔다. 

캠코 노사(勞使)는 선언식을 통해 조직의 화합과 발전, 직원의 안녕과 행복, 新성장동력 발굴을 통한 지속성장, 공정하고 합리적인 인사제도, 소통과 존중의 조직문화 등의 내용을 담은 ‘노사 한마음 공동선언문’을 채택했다고 했다. 

아울러 ‘노사 한마음 비전’으로 선포된 “뭉치자! One-Team KAMCO, 키우자! Want KAMCO”는 노사간 협력․화합하여 하나된 공동체로 인화단결하고, 모두가 원하고 바라는 캠코의 모습으로 계속 키워 나가자는 의미를 담았다고 했다.

이번 행사는 캠코 권남주 사장이 지난 1월 취임사에서 강조한 ‘노동조합과의 활발한 소통’의 일환으로, 노사간 협력ㆍ화합으로 국가와 국민을 위한 100년 기업으로 성장하겠다는 취지에서 마련됐다고 했다.

권남주 캠코 사장은 “노사간 소통과 화합을 통해 임직원 모두가 희망하는 건강하고 자랑스러운 일터를 만들어 가자”고 말하며, “국내외 급변하는 경영환경 속에서 캠코의 지속성장을 위해 全사업부문의 균형 있는 성장과 4차 산업혁명에 대비한 미래혁신에 전사적 역량을 집중할 것”을 당부했다. 

김승태 노동조합 위원장도 “하나되어 발전하는 100년 캠코를 위해 노사가 한마음으로 단결하여 내부 결속력을 다지고, 이를 바탕으로 국가에 기여하고 국민으로부터 신뢰받는 공공기관의 모범사례를 만들어 가겠다“고 강조했다. 

한편, 캠코는 지난 2018년 ‘공공기관 노사관계 합리화 유공’으로 고용노동부장관 기관표창을 수상한 바 있으며, 지난 해 2월 ‘출근하고 싶은 좋은 직장 만들기 노‧사 공동선언식’ 개최 등 노사간 협력관계 유지를 위한 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있다고 전했다.
