[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 3월 10일부터 4월 8일까지 강릉시는 코로나19로 어려움을 겪는 시민들의 생계지원 및 침체된 지역경제 활성화를 위한‘강릉시 4차 긴급생활안정지원금’신청 접수를 추진한다고 밝혔다.

지급대상은 2022년 2월 15일 0시 현재 강릉시에 주민등록을 둔 사람으로, 1인당 15만 원씩 전 시민에게 지급된다고 전했다.

지급방식은 세대주에게 일괄 지급이 원칙이고, 취약계층 세대는‘현금’지급, 일반세대는‘강릉페이’로 지급(신청후 5일이내 지급)되며, 신청은 주민등록상 세대주, 동거인, 세대주의 위임을 받은 세대원(직계존비속)이 할 수 있다고 했다. 

강릉시는 코로나19 확산방지를 위한 현장방문 최소화 대책으로 먼저 3월 2일(수)부터 취약계층(기초생활 생계급여·장애인연금·기초연금)이 속해 있는 세대에게 현금지급을 시작하고, 오는 3월 10일 오전 9시부터 강릉시청 홈페이지 또는 강릉페이 앱을 통해 일반세대의 온라인 신청을 받는다고 했다.

또한, 오는 3월 21일 오전 9시부터는 읍면동 주민센터를 통한 오프라인 신청도 할 수 있고, 신청기한은 오는 4월 8월 18시까지이며 강릉페이 사용기한은 올해 6월 30일까지라고 했다.
