[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 원주시는 지난해 도입한 종량제봉투 온라인 주문 및 카드 결제 시스템이 성공적으로 정착했다고 밝혔다.

전화로 주문하던 방식을 개선해 24시간 주문이 가능한 온라인 발주시스템을 구축하고, 계좌 입금 방식에서 카드 결제 시스템을 도입함으로써 지정판매소의 편의성을 높였다고 했다. 

시스템 도입 이후, 종량제봉투 지정판매소 80개소를 대상으로 2회에 걸쳐 실시한 만족도 조사 결과, 전반적 만족도가 78점에서 94점으로 크게 향상됐다고 했다. 

또한, 주문 및 결제방식 개선에 대해서도 각각 97%와 93%가 만족하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 모든 응답자가 2020년에 비해 서비스가 개선됐다고 답변했고, 종량제봉투 시스템의 성공적인 정착이 반영된 결과라고 했다.

원주시시설관리공단 관계자는“종량제봉투 공급방식의 지속적인 모니터링과 시스템개선을 통해 시민들의 이용 편의를 높이겠다.”라고 말했다.
