동시에, 시설의 관리·운영자에 대한 행정처분 부담도 줄어들고, 방역수칙을 최초 위반한 경우 영업정지‘10일’, 2차 위반 영업정지‘20일’, 3차 위반 영업정지‘3개월’, 4차 위반‘폐쇄명령’이 내려졌지만, 이번 개정안으로 최초 위반 시‘경고’조치가 내려지고 각 행정처분은 한 단계씩 완화되어 적용받게 된다고 했다.
