[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 2월 28일까지, 평창군은 2022년 농·특산물 군수품질인증 상표사용 신청을 각 읍·면사무소에서 접수한다고 밝혔다.

군수품질인증은 생산조직, 산지유명도 및 성과도, 대외신용도, 판매물량 및 판매망 확보, 생산포장입지, 생산기술수준 등 10가지 항목의 심사기준으로 인증심사를 거쳐 군 농·특산물 품질관리위원회 심의 후 최종 결정된다고 했다. 

군은 고품질 농·특산물 생산 및 대외 인지도 강화를 위한 군수품질인증 제도를 2006년부터 운영하고 있으며, 현재까지 농·특산물 및 가공품 279품목이 군수품질인증상표로 승인받았고, 2022년 군수품질인증 상표사용 신청은 해당읍면 산업부서에 농·특산물 2월, 축·수산물 및 농산가공품은 2월·9월 각 1개월간 접수할 계획으로, 상표사용 기간은 농·특산물 1년이며, 1회(1년)에 한하여 연장될 수 있으며, 가공품은 10개월 이상 생산 중단 시 인증이 취소된다고 전했다. 

이상명 평창군농업기술센터 소장은 “엄격한 심사와 인증을 통해 농특산물의 명품화와 함께 소비자가 믿고 구매할 수 있도록 인지도 및 브랜드 가치 제고를 위해 노력하겠다.”고 말했다.
