[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강릉시는 급변하는 고용 현장의 수요를 반영하고 새로운 지역 일자리를 발굴하기 위한 2022년 강릉형 민간제안 일자리창출 지원사업을 새롭게 추진한다고 밝혔다.

강릉형 민간제안 일자리창출 지원사업은 코로나19, 4차 산업혁명 등 변화하는 현실 속에서 기존 정책으로 지원하지 못하는 새로운 일자리와 공공 서비스 분야에 민간 사업제안 공모를 받아 1억 원 이내의 사업비 및 컨설팅을 지원하는 사업이라고 전했다.

정부와 지자체에서 정책을 정하여 하달하는 기존 하향식 사업 구조에서 벗어나 직접 지역 현장의 목소리를 듣고 정책적으로 지원하는 상향식 사업 구조를 채택하여 정책 사각지대를 보완하는 현장밀착형 일자리를 창출하는 것이 목표라고 했다.

오는 2월 28일까지 진행되는 공모에는 관내 기업, 단체, 기관, 사회적기업, 마을기업, 협동조합 등 사업 제안 및 연내 추진이 가능한 조직에서 사업 제안을 할 수 있으며, 1차 심사와 2차 심사를 거쳐 최종 5개 사업을 선발 및 지원할 예정이라고 했다.

선정된 사업에는 구체적이고 체계적인 사업 추진을 위해 전문가를 통한 사업계획 컨설팅이 제공되며 분기별, 반기별 평가와 성과지표 모니터링, 성과 공유회 등을 추진하여 지역에 필요한 일자리가 창출되고 지속 가능한 사업으로 발전할 수 있도록 지원한다고 했다.

강릉시 관계자는“민간의 아이디어를 수용해 새롭고 신선한 일자리 사업을 발굴하여 지원함으로써 다양한 지역 일자리를 창출하고 지역의 대표 일자리로 자리매김할 수 있도록 추진하겠다”고 말했다.
