[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 원주시는 농촌의 주거환경 개선과 도시민 유입 촉진을 위해 농촌주택개량사업을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

올해 총 40개 동을 개량할 계획으로, 오는 2월 28일까지 각 읍면동 행정복지센터에서 신청 접수한다고 전했다.

대상은 농촌지역에서 본인 소유의 노후·불량 주택을 개량하고자 하는 세대주 또는 배우자, 농촌지역에서 거주하고 있는 무주택자, 주택 융자 대출 신청일 전까지 도시지역의 주택을 처분하고 농촌지역으로 전입신고를 완료할 수 있는 세대주 또는 배우자, 근로자 숙소를 제공하고자 하는 농촌지역의 농업 분야 입주기업(법인) 및 농촌지역 거주 농업인이라고 했다.

세대원을 포함해 2주택 이상을 소유하면 신청이 불가하며, 융자 대상 건축물은 부속 건축물을 포함한 단독주택의 연면적 합계가 150㎡ 이내여야 한다고 했다.

사업 대상자의 대출한도는 신축의 경우 최대 2억 원, 증축·대수선은 최대 1억 원이다. 다만 실제 대출금액은 농협 여신 규정에 따른 대출 심사 결과에 따라 바뀔 수 있다고 했다.
