[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 올해부터 춘천 내 모든 전기자동차 충전소에서 충전방해행위를 단속하며, 이는 지난달 28일 개정된 친환경자동차법 시행에 따른 조치라고 전했다. 

기존에는 전기자동차 충전시설 의무설치 대상인 공영주차장, 공공시설 주차면 50개 이상 주차장, 100세대 이상 아파트를 대상으로만 단속해왔으며, 앞으로는 춘천 내 모든 전기자동차 충전소 565개소가 단속 대상이라고 했다.

일반자동차와 수소자동차를 충전구역에 주차 시 10만원, 충전구역 내 또는 주변에 물건 적재시 10만원, 급속충전시설 충전시작 후 1시간(완속충전시설은 14시간) 초과시 10만원, 충전시설 및 구획선 등 충전구역 훼손시 20만원이 부과된다고 했다.

주차는 운전자가 차에서 떠나서 즉시 그 차를 운전할 수 없는 상태이며, 전기자동차의 충전 목적 외 충전구역 주차행위 또는 충전시간 초과행위는 충전방해해위로 과태료 10만원이라고 했다.

신고 방법은 안전신문고 앱을 설치, 실행한 후 안전신고 유형을 선택하고 사진 또는 동영상 촬영을 하면되고, 이후 발생지역을 고른 후 내용 입력 및 제출을 하면 되고, 충전시간 초과를 신고할 경우 충전기 화면 내 초과시간을 확인할 수 있도록 촬영해야 한다고 했다.
