군에서는 찾아가는 맞춤형 건강관리 서비스 제공을 위해 생애주기별 취약가구 등록관리를 비롯해 재가환자 방문건강관리, 재가암환자 건강관리, 고위험허약노인 건강관리 등 다양한 사업을 추진하고 있다고 했다.

찾아가는 맞춤형 건강관리사업은 건강취약계층의 건강인식 제고와 건강격차 해소, 자기관리 능력 향상과 함께 의료취약계층에 대한 체계적이고 질 높은 의료 및 건강관리 서비스를 제공하기 위해 추진한다고 전했다.

군은 영유아 및 성인, 노인 등 취약가구 등 2,000가구에 대한 생애주기별 맞춤형 건강관리를 위해 만성질환 관리 및 재활 지도, 보건교육 등 방문건강관리 전문인력을 통한 지속적인 모니터링과 건강관리 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 특히 코로나19 확산 및 장기화 따라 거리두기지침, 방역수칙을 고려한 전화상담, 내소자 관리 등 비대면 건강관리서비스를 병행하고 있다고 했다.

또한 암으로 고통받고 있는 재가 암 환자 150명을 등록·관리하고 있으며, 주기적으로 가정을 방문해 암 환자의 건강관리 및 환자와 가족들을 대상으로 정서적·심리적 건강관리 서비스를 제공하고 있다고 전했다.
