올해 처음으로 선보이는 ‘자기주도학습 오픈클래스’는 인재육성관 재관 중인 학생들과 22년도 졸업생들의 재능(교육)기부로, 자기주도학습이 필요한 예비중1, 예비고1 학생들에게 수학 과목을 중심으로 4주간 매주 금요일 멘토링 프로그램을 제공하게 되며, 1:1 수업으로 진행되는 이번 오픈클래스는 멘토들이 개인별 맞춤형 학습 방법을 제시하여 방학 동안 수학의 개념 정리와 자신만의 자기주도학습 법을 터득하는 계기를 만들어 줄 것으로 기대된다고 전했다.

횡성인재육성장학회 조창진 이사장은 “횡성인재육성관 학생들의 멘토링 교육 지원을 통하여 학습능력 향상 및 교육격차 해소를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.”라고 말했다.
