주요 관광지를 잇는 시티투어 버스는 원주역-터미널-만종역-서원주역-간현관광지-원주레일바이크-오크밸리-뮤지엄산-터미널(맞은편)-강원감영-한지테마파크-원주역 노선으로 1일 8회 운행한다고 했다.

소금산 그랜드 밸리 개장에 따른 서원주역의 수요증가에 대비하고, 원주의 대표 특산품인 한지를 홍보하기 위해 서원주역과 한지테마파크 노선이 새롭게 추가됐다고 했다.

탑승객은 일일 승차권(성인 기준 5,000원)을 이용해 원하는 관광지에서 자유롭게 승·하차할 수 있고, 매주 월요일과 1월 1일, 설날과 추석 당일을 제외하고 연중 운행하며, 시간표는 원주시 관광 포털 사이트에서 확인할 수 있다고 했다.
