황영자 보건정책과장은 “고혈압·당뇨병 등 심뇌혈관질환은 우리나라 사망원인 2, 3위에 해당하며 각종 합병증을 유발하는 위험한 인자다.”면서 “심뇌혈관질환예방을 위한 첫걸음은 혈압, 혈당 측정을 통한 자기혈관 숫자 아는 것이다.”라고 많은 참여를 당부했다.
