[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 동해시는 배움의 기회를 놓친 성인을 대상으로「초등학력인정 성인문해교육」학습자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.

모집 기간은 오는 2월 18일까지이며, 3단계로 구성된 초등학력인정 과정은 초등 3단계 수준의 교육과정까지 이수하면 별도의 검정고시를 거칠 필요 없이 초등학교 졸업학력 인증서가 교부된다고 했다.

동해시평생학습관은 1~2단계를 동시 모집하여, 진입평가를 통과하면 원하는 단계로 바로 진입할 수 있다고 전했다.

교육과정은 3월부터 다음 해 2월까지 1년간 운영되며 교육비는 무료다. 신청 자격은 초등학력이 없는 만 18세 이상 성인으로 전화 또는 방문 신청하면 된다고 했다.
