[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 22일 GH는 남양주 다산지금 A3블록과 동탄2 A93블록 공동주택 커뮤니티센터에 ‘GH 도담누리터’를 조성한다고 밝혔다.

도담누리터는 아이들이 탈 없이 자라는 모양을 뜻하는 ‘도담도담’과 세상을 예스럽게 이르는 말인 ‘누리’의 합성어라고 전했다. 

GH는 도담누리터를 맘스카페, 어린이 도서관, 실내 어린이놀이터를 통합한 유니버셜 디자인으로 계획하여 기후변화에 관계없이 온 가족이 함께 즐길 수 있는 공간을 제공할 예정이며, 유니버셜 디자인이란 모두에게 편안하고 쾌적한 환경을 제공하여 소통과 배려를 생각하는 디자인을 말한다.

또한 친환경 자재를 사용하고 에너지효율을 높이는 등 환경과 사회적인 부분도 고려하여 ESG(Environmental, Social, Governance) 경영 트렌드에 부합하도록 했다고 전했다.

도담누리터는 계획단계부터 건축디자인·안전·조경시설물 등 내외부 전문가와 실수요자를 중심으로 구성된 ‘GH 홈에디터’ 자문단 의견을 반영하여 고객중심의 공유 공간으로 기획됐다고 했다.

GH 장동우 주거사업본부장은 “남양주 다산과 화성동탄에 시범사업을 실시하고 향후 GH에서 추진하는 모든 공동주택에 확대해 나아갈 계획이다” 라며 “공사의 비전인 ‘살기 좋은 도시 조성’을 위해 멈추지 않는 노력을 계속해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
