[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 12월 1일, 설악면 지역사회보장협의체·설악면 맞춤형복지팀은, (재)영산조용기자선재단이 기탁한 난방연료 중 연탄 300장을 집이 낡고 비좁아 배달이 어려운 독거 노인 1개 가구에 방문하여 전달하였다고 밝혔다.

이날 설악면 지역사회보장협의체·이범주 설악면장·설악면 맞춤형복지팀 등 총 13명은, 마스크를 쓰고 운동화와 검정색류의 외투와 우비를 입고 만반의 준비를 갖춘 후 배달차량부터 연탄창고까지 일렬로 서서 연탄 300장을 한 장 한 장 손으로 전달하였고, 특히 어르신이 혼자 연탄을 옮길 수 없기 때문에, 출·퇴근길에 돌봄을 제공하는 아들과 함께 창고 내부에 연탄을 쌓았다고 했다.
