[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 23일 GH는 판교이노베이션랩(경기행복주택복합센터)의 입주를 대비하여 ‘행복주택 입주고객 만족의 날’ 행사를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

판교 제2테크노밸리 산업단지 중심부에 위치한 판교이노베이션랩은 지식산업센터와 행복주택을 동시에 건립하는 복합시설로 직주근접이 가능한 국내 최초의 복합센터라고 했다. 

지식산업센터는 신성장 산업군 기업을 위한 144호실의 업무공간과 전용면적 26㎡, 35㎡ 2가지 Type의 행복주택 300세대로 구성되어 있으며, 이중 270세대가 산업단지 근로자에게 공급될 예정이고, 2019년 10월 착공하여 2022년 1월 준공, 3월부터 입주를 시작한다고 했다.

이번 ‘고객만족의 날’ 행사는 향후 입주민이 입주 시 겪을 수 있는 문제점과 건축물 품질 관련 민원을 사전에 예방하기 위해 마련됐다고 전했다.

행사에는 시설관리자와 행복주택 운영관리 전문가를 초청해 현장을 점검하고 토론을 진행해 입주예정자의 고객만족도를 높이는 데 중점을 두었다고 했다.

한편, GH는 판교이노베이션랩 공용 시설에 코워킹 스페이스, 공유세탁소, 팻 유치원 등 편의시설과 커뮤니티 시설을 마련했으며, 또한 각종 가구와 가전을 기본으로 제공해 입주민이 보다 편리하고 쾌적한 주거환경을 누릴 수 있도록 힘썼다고 했다. 

이 밖에도 청소‧경비 등 현장 노동자를 위한 휴게시설을 지상에 배치하고, 작업 후 씻을 수 있는 샤워시설을 비롯해 냉‧난방 시설 등의 편의시설을 제공한다고 했다.

GH 장기진 경제진흥본부장은 “고객만족의 날을 통해 행복주택 운영 시 발생하는 문제점을 적극적으로 개선하여 고객 만족을 넘어 고객감동을 실현하겠다.”라고 밝혔다.
