[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 11월 1일부터 내년 2월 28일까지 가평군은 겨울철 대비 복지사각지대 위기가정을 발굴․지원 하고자 집중 발굴 기간을 운영한다고 밝혔다. 

특히 이번 겨울은 코로나-19에 따른 경기 침체로 실직, 휴․폐업 등에 처한 위기가정에 도움의 손길이 더 필요한 시기가 됐으며, 코로나-19로 인한 생계 곤란한 가구 외에, 겨울철 전기․가스․연탄 등 난방에 어려움을 겪고 있는 가구, 쪽방․여인숙 등에 사는 주거 취약가구, 독거 어르신․장애인․취약아동 등 돌봄 취약가구 등이 발굴 대상이라고 했다. 

지원내용으로는 소득․재산 기준 충족시 긴급지원, 맞춤형급여(기초생계․의료․주거․교육), 차상위계층 지원 등의 혜택을 받을 수 있으며, 긴급지원사업과 경기도형 긴급복지사업은 2021년 12월까지 한시적 기준완화로 더 많은 취약계층에게 복지혜택이 갈 수 있도록 적극 지원을 추진하고 있다고 했다. 

긴급지원사업의 재산기준은 101백만원에서 170백만원으로, 경기도형 긴급복지사업은 소득기준 기준중위소득 90%이하에서 100%이하(1인 1,828원이하)로, 재산기준은 160백만원에서 229백만원으로 한시적 완화 기준을 적용한다. 더불어 군 긴급지원심의를 활용하여 사각지대에 처한 취약계층을 적극 지원하고 있다고 했다. 

또한 소득․재산 기준에는 미달되지만 복합적인 문제를 가진 가구의 경우 통합사례관리 대상자로 선정하여 필요한 복지서비스 및 후원물품 등 민간서비스를 제공한다고 했다. 

주민이 자발적으로 참여하는 인적안전망(명예사회복지공무원, 지역사회보장협의체 위원, 복지이장 등)인 희망지킴이를 통하여 민관이 함께 주위에 어려운 이웃은 없는지 관심을 갖으며 지속적인 활동을 펼치고 있다고 했다.
