[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 14일 포천시의회 조용춘 의원은 군내면 구읍천 수해상습지를 찾아 민원사항을 전달하고 개선사업에 반영해줄 것을 요청했다고 밝혔다.

이날 현장에서는 포천시 안전총괄과, 군내면 관계자 등과 함께 주민 불편사항 등을 살펴보고 군내면 구읍천 수해상습지 개선사업 시공사 측에 민원사항이 개선될 수 있도록 함께 방안을 모색했다고 했다.

조용춘 의원은 “사업추진 시 지역주민의 불편함이 없도록 세심하게 주변환경을 살펴보고 산책로와 자전거 도로 등 주민편의시설이 보충되었으면 좋겠다”며 “항상 현장에 답이 있다는 생각으로 지역주민의 불편사항을 개선하고 민원 해결을 위해 노력할 것”이라고 말했다.
