[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 1일 포천시의회는 제163회 임시회 제2차 본회의를 끝으로 9일간의 의사일정을 마무리했다고 밝혔다.

이번 임시회는 제5대 포천시의회를 마무리하는 마지막 회기로, 연제창 의원이 대표 발의한 ‘포천시 경기대진테크노파크 설립 및 운영 조례안’, 박혜옥 의원이 대표 발의한 ‘포천시 섬유패션산업 육성 및 지원 조례안’ 등 17건의 조례안과 2022년도 포천시 국공립어린이집 민간 위탁 동의안, 공유재산 제1차 변경 관리계획안 등 총 22건의 안건을 심의 의결했다고 했다.

이번 회기에서는 본예산보다 1,285억 3,526만원이 증액된 1조 249억 1,689만원 규모의 제1회 추경예산안 중 ‘택시쉼터 주차장 추가조성사업’은 현재 추진하고자 하는 사업부지가 택시쉼터로 활용하기엔 공간이 협소하고 목적 달성에 한계가 있다고 판단되어 사업성 재검토를 위해 전액 삭감 후 예비비로 증액했다고 했다.

임종훈 의원은 2차 본회의에 앞서 “오래전부터 마을 안길을 이용한 주민들은 토지 소유주의 재산권 행사로 인해 자신의 집과 땅이 하루아침에 사실상 맹지(盲地)가 되어버리는 등 주민 간 갈등의 원인이 되기도 하고, 우리 시뿐만 아니라 마을 안길과 관련된 분쟁은  전국적으로 수천 건에 이른다”며 5분 발언을 통해 마을안길 편입 사유지 현황 파악을 당부했다.

손세화 의장은 폐회사를 통해 “지난 4년간 포천시의회의 발전을 위해 애써주신 동료의원 여러분과 변함없는 애정과 관심 속에 격려와 성원을 보내주신 시민 여러분, 아울러 원활한 의회 운영 협조는 물론 의원님들의 의정활동을 적극적으로 지원해주신 박윤국 시장님을 비롯한 집행부 공직자 여러분께 감사드린다”고 말했다.
