더불어 GH는 'GH 임대주택 표준관리 규약'을 제정해 임대주택 입주민의 권리와 의무를 명시하여 표준화된 관리 서비스를 제공할 계획이라고 전했다. 

이헌욱 GH 사장은 “효율적인 GH만의 임대주택 시설관리 표준안을 구축해 ‘살기 좋은 도시’를 만드는 사회적 책임을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
