[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 6일 GH는 다세대, 다가구 주택 등 안전사고에 취약한 공사 매입임대주택 입주자를 대상으로 ‘안전사고 대응 매뉴얼’을 배포한다고 밝혔다. 

매뉴얼의 주요 내용은 정전, 화재, 가스 등 사고 유형별 재난 발생에 대한 행동요령, 신고요령이며, 또한 입주자가 일상에서 생활 안전을 실천할 수 있도록 안전점검표와 응급처치에 대한 행동요령도 수록했다고 했다. 

이번 ‘안전사고 대응 매뉴얼’ 배포를 통해 입주민은 안전사고, 범죄 등에 대해 효과적인 예방과 대응이 가능할 것으로 보이고, 더불어 GH는 관리 사무소가 없는 매입 임대주택을 대상으로 올해 8월부터 평일 야간과 휴일 주·야간 비상대응체계를 구축하고 있다고 전했다.

장동우 GH 주거사업본부장은 “신속한 비상 대응과 지속적인 매뉴얼 보완을 통해 현장 상황에 적합한 안전관리 체계를 완성할 것이며, 이를 확대 적용해 나갈 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
