[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 3일 GH는 광명학온 공공주택지구 손실보상을 위한 토지 등의 보상계획을 공고하고 조서열람을 진행한다고 밝혔다.

소유자와 관계인은 이달 17일까지 신분증을 지참하고 토지․물건조서를 열람할 수 있으며, 이의가 있는 경우 서면으로 이의 신청서를 제출하면 된다고 했다.

GH는 지난달 31일까지 사업지구에 편입되는 토지, 건물, 영업 등에 대한 기본 조사를 완료하였으며, 이는 향후 보상액 산정을 위한 감정평가의 기초자료로 활용된다고 했다.

이번 보상계획 공고를 시작으로 10월 감정평가 실시, 12월 손실보상협의 등 제반 절차를 순차적으로 진행할 계획이라고 전했다.

이병우 GH 도시개발본부장은 “주민들과 소통하는 자세로 업무에 임하는 등 원활한 보상업무를 수행하여 사업추진 일정에 차질이 없도록 최선을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.

한편, 광명학온 공공주택지구는 광명시 가학동 일대 약 68만㎡ 부지에 주택 약 5,007세대를 조성할 예정이며, 광명시흥 테크노밸리 종사자와 원주민 재정착을 위한 배후 주거단지로서 2021년 말 지구계획 승인을 목표로 진행 중에 있다고 밝혔다.
