[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] GH는 다산신도시 내 국민‧영구임대주택 단지인 다산 진건 A1블록 민간참여 주택건설공사가 지난 8월 31일 사용검사 승인되어 1일부터 입주를 시작한다고 밝혔다.

다산진건 A1블록(다산 메트로) 주택건설사업은 민간참여 공동주택 사업으로 총 1,257세대 규모의 공공임대주택이라고 전했다.

국민임대 755세대 및 영구임대 502세대를 공급하며 전용면적은 6가지 타입(26A㎡, 26B㎡, 32㎡, 34㎡, 41㎡, 51㎡)으로 이루어져있고, 입주 지정기간은 9월 1일부터 오는 10월 30일까지라고 했다.

다산진건 A1블록은 2023년 하반기 개통예정인 지하철 8호선 연장 다산역과 도보 5분 이내 거리에 위치한 역세권 단지이며, 다산역이 개통되면 서울 잠실역까지 약 20분대에 이동 가능하여 입주자들의 교통여건이 우수할 것으로 예상된다고 했다.

또한 GH는 외부공간과 연계한 친환경 산책로와 대규모 중앙광장을 조성하여 입주예정자들로부터 호평을 받고 있으며, 주민 편의시설로는 국공립 어린이집, 맘스스테이션, 휘트니스 시설, 용역원 휴게실 등이 있다고 전했다.
