[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 8월 31일 의정부시 호원1동주민센터는 지난 6월에 구성된 호원1동 마을복지계획 추진단원 25명을 대상으로 ‘마을복지계획 기본 이해와 우리 마을 알아보기’라는 주제로 1차 비대면 온라인 교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

처음으로 실시하는 마을복지계획 수립의 실천전략 및 수립과정에 대한 교육을 실시함으로써, 마을복지계획의 성공적인 추진은 물론 추진단원 개개인의 복지 리더로서의 역할 함양을 위해 총 5회로 구성하였고, 코로나19 거리두기에 따라 1~2차 교육은 비대면 온라인 교육으로, 3~5차 교육은 집합교육으로 단원들의 직접 참여 및 공유의 시간을 가질 예정이라고 했다.

김상태 단장은 “지역 주민의 다양한 욕구와 복지 문제를 반영한 내실 있는 마을복지계획을 수립하여 호원1동을 일등 복지마을로 발전시킬 수 있도록 단원들과 함께 적극 노력하겠다”고 말했다. 

최창순 호원1동장은 “본 교육은 주민이 주인되는 함께 행복한 호원1동 만들기를 위해 호원1동 주민자치위원회가 해단하며, 취약계층과 마을복지계획 수립에 도움을 주고자 지정기탁한 300만 원으로 실시하고 있는 만큼 적극적인 참여를 당부드린다”며, “단원여러분의 노력과 정성이 헛되지 않도록 마을복지계획 추진단 활동에 필요한 행정적 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 말했다.
