이번 행정명령에 따라 중앙재난안전대책본부에서 별도 해제 시까지 공원 내에서는 밤 10시 이후부터 다음날 오전 5시까지는 음주를 할 수 없으며, 위반 시에는 10만 원 이하의 과태료가 부과되며 행정명령 위반으로 확진자가 발생할 경우 검사·치료 등 방역비용이 구상 청구 된다고 했다.
