이번 사업은 그동안 무자격·무등록자 중개행위, 자격증 및 등록증 대여행위, 폐업 또는 사무소 이전을 한 공인중개사 성명을 사용하는 중개행위, 중개보조원의 실질적인 중개행위 등의 위법행위 근절을 위해 지속적인 단속을 펼쳐왔으나, 근절되지 않아 실시하게 되었고, 현재 명찰 제작을 모두 완료하고 등록한 공인중개사 전원에게 명찰과 QR코드 스티커를 배포하고 있으며, 7월 중순까지 배포 및 부착을 완료할 계획이라고 말했다.
