[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부] 가평군은 오는 28일 오후 예정됐던 ‘가평군 장사시설 합리적 방향을 위한 군민 토론회’를 7월중으로 연기했다고 밝혔다.

가평군 관계자는 “28일 예정됐던 가평군 장사시설 합리적 방향을 위한 군민 토론회 일정은 순연됐다”며,“구리, 남양주, 포천을 위한 공동화장장 반대대책위(위원장 정연수, 이하 반대대책위)와 협의하여 결정한 사항”이라고 설명했다고 했다.

가평군은 공동형 종합장사시설에 대하여 더 이상 공모를 진행하지 않고 장사시설에 대한 지역주민 대표, 관련 이해당사자 및 단체, 장사시설 전문가, 가평군이 참여하는 토론회를 개최하여 의견수렴 후 그 결과에 따라 가평군민을 위한 안을 마련해 나갈 계획이라고 전했다. 

또한, 가평군은 장사시설에 관한 토론회 및 주민의견 수렴의 창구는 반대대책위로 일원화할 계획이며, 향후 토론회 진행시 주최자, 일정, 토론자, 주제 등은 반대대책위와 협의하여 결정할 계획이라고 밝혔다.
