[김학영 기자=경기북부]  지난 19일 동두천시는  동 행정복지센터 통합사례관리 운영 내실화에 필요한 업무 지원을 시행 중이라고 밝혔다.

 시는 이를 위해 수년 전부터 무한돌봄팀 전문 사례관리사와 동 행정복지센터 담당 공무원을 결연하여, 업무 추진 시 발생하는 애로사항을 청취하고, 해결할 수 있는 슈퍼비전을 수시로 제공하고 있다.  

 특히, 2020년 제작한 통합사례관리 전산입력 매뉴얼을 오는 2월말까지 수정·보완하여, 3월 중 동 행정복지센터에 배포하고, 업무에 활용할 수 있도록, 찾아가는 맞춤형 교육을 진행할 계획이다.

 동두천시 관계자는 “코로나19로 인해 대면 중심의 역량강화 교육을 추진하는데 어려움이 있지만, 이럴 때일수록 담당자들의 눈높이를 고려한 1:1 맞춤 지원을 강화해나가겠다.”고 전했다.
