[서종협 기자 = 평창군] 평창군(군수 심재국)과 (재)평창문화도시재단은 올해 1월부터 12월까지 연간 매월 마지막 수요일 ‘문화가 있는 날’ 활성화를 위해 「찾아가는 시네마 데이」사업을 추진한다고 밝혔다. 

‘21년도 처음 시행된「찾아가는 시네마 데이」사업은 평창군 내 유일한 작은 영화관인 HAPPY700 평창 시네마 활성화 및 주민의 문화향유 기회 확대와 문화적 친밀감을 형성하기 위해 시작된 사업으로, 매월 300여명이 지원을 받고 있으며 관람객의 좋은 호응과 많은 참여로 올해는 예산을 증액하여 연간 추진할 계획이다. 

HAPPY700 평창시네마는 평창영화봄협동조합에서 운영하고 용평면 용평복지회관 2층에 위치하고 있으며, 2개의 상영관(1관 56석, 2관 43석)에 최신 영사시스템과 매점, 휴게시설을 갖추고 있다.
