[김준호 기자 = 평창군] 물가상승 등 경기 침체로 인한 소비심리 위축으로 판로에 어려움을 겪고 있는 평창군 농가들의 수익증진을 위해 재단법인이 발 벗고 나섰다.

재단법인 평창푸드통합지원센터가 한가위를 맞아 지난 3일(토)부터 오는 12일(월)까지 열흘간 영동고속도로 평창휴게소(상행선)에서 특판행사를 진행한다.

이번 특판행사는 평창산 자두, 차요테, 눈꽃버섯 등 특이작물을 소개하고 각종 사은품이 걸린 이벤트를 운영하여 소비층의 관심을 끌 예정이다.

재단법인은 평창군의 우수한 농산물을 알리고 현장 이벤트 운영을 통해 소셜네트워크(네이버 밴드) 가입을 유도하는 등 판로망을 확보한다는 계획이다. 

평창휴게소 관계자는 “어려움을 겪고 있는 평창군 농업인의 소득 증대와라 휴게소 이용고객의 만족과 평창군에 대한 긍정적 이미지를 위해 이번 특판행사에 적극 협조하겠다.”고 말했다.

박창운 재단법인 평창푸드통합지원센터 본부장은 “경기침체, 장기간 장마 등으로 좋지 않은 상황 속에서 우리 농업인들에게 큰 도움이 되기를 바란다.”며, “앞으로도 우리군 농업인 소득향상을 위해 최선을 다하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
