강원도는 금회 정부 추경에 반영된 특별사료구매자금 중 160억원을 추가로 확보하여 사료 값 상승으로 경영상 어려움을 겪고 있는 축산 농가를 위해 1.0% 저리로 지원한다고 전했다. 

강원도는 상반기 사료구매자금 수요 조사액 273억원 중 114억원을 1차로 확보하여 배정했으며, 강원도농어촌진흥기금(1.0%, 2년거치, 3년 균분상환)을 통해 26억원의 사료구매자금을 지원했다고 했다.    

이번에 지원되는 특별사료구매자금의 지원대상은 축산업 등록제에 참여한 축산농가 및 법인이며, 미등록농가는 등록 후 신청이 가능하다고 했다.  

지원축종은 한육우, 낙농, 양돈, 양계와 오리, 사슴, 말 등 기타가축이 해당되며, 지원한도는 ASF 장기화로 어려움을 겪고 있는 강원지역 양돈농가와 정부시책사업으로 추진 중인 모돈이력제 참여농가의 경우 최대 9억원, 한육우, 낙농, 양계, 오리의 경우 최대 6억원, 꿀벌 등 기타가축의 경우 9천만원까지 지원 받을 수 있다. 지원조건은 융자 100%, 금리 1.0%, 2년 일시상환으로 자금용도는 신규 사료구매와 기존 사료외상금액 상환이 해당 된다고 했다. 

상반기 농가사료직거래활성화사업(금리 1.8%) 대상자로 선정된 농가도 금년도에 한해 한시적으로 1.0% 금리를 적용 받아 해당자금을 사용할 수 있다고 했다.     

특별사료구매자금 추가 수요조사는 오는 6월 22일까지이며, 사료구매자금을 지원받고자 하는 축산 농가는 읍·면·동 및 시·군을 통해 신청이 가능하다고 전했다. 

시·군에서 축산업 등록, 가축사육두수, 기존대출내역 등의 확인절차를 거쳐 대상자 선정·추천을 받은 농가는 지역 농·축협에 대출을 신청하면 된다고 전했다.   

강원도 농정국은 “특별사료구매자금 수요조사 추가로 실시하여 도내 많은 축산농가가 혜택을 받을 수 있도록 사업비 추가 확보 등을 추진할 계획이며, 이외에도 대상자 선정현황, 융자금실행 상황을 수시로 확인하여 해당 자금이 필요한 농가에게 지원될 수 있도록 사업추진에 최선을 다 하겠다”고 말했다.
