[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 춘천시정부는 올해도 오는 30일까지 재산세 감면을 신청 접수한다고 밝혔다.

시정부에 따르면 코로나19로 인해 경제적 어려움을 겪고 있는 소상공인의 임대료를 인하한 건물주 638명이 재산세를 감면받았으며, 도별로 보면 2020년 502명, 2021년 136명이라고 했다.

올해 감면 대상은 2022년 1월부터 12월까지 소상공인에게 임대료를 3개월 이상 인하했거나 인하하기로 약정을 체결한 건물 소유주이며, 감면세목은 건축물분에 대한 재산세이고, 인하임대료 상당액을 재산세액에서 감면해주지만, 최대 50만원을 초과하지 않는다고 했다.

감면신청을 위해서는 ▲임대차계약서(전·후) ▲통장거래내역(임대인) ▲소상공인확인서(임차인) 등 임대료 인하를 확인할 수 있는 서류가 필요하다고 했다.

신청 기간은 오는 6월 30일까지이며, 재산세 과세기준일(2022.6.1.) 현재 건물주가 관련 서류를 갖춰 방문 또는 우편을 통해 춘천시 세정과로 신청하면 된다고 전했다.
