스마트 스탬프 투어는 관광객의 주요 관광지 방문 촉진 및 지역축제 활성화를 위한 참여형 콘텐츠이며, 관광객은 스마트폰 앱 ‘올댓스탬프’를 설치하고 31개 관내 주요 관광지와 축제를 방문하면 스탬프와 포인트를 획득할 수 있다고 했다.

포인트는 편의점 쿠폰, 모바일 주유권 등 경품과 교환할 수 있으며, 원주시민은 공직선거법에 따라 경품과 기념품 지급 대상에서 제외되고, 이 외에도 축제와 연계해 기간 내 추가 포인트 및 관광기념품을 증정하며, 스탬프 최다 획득자 상위 6명을 ‘상·하반기 스탬프왕’으로 선정해 총 55만 원 상당의 경품을 지급하는 이벤트도 진행할 계획이라고 전했다.
