[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 3월 30일, 의정부시와 의정부시공무원노동조합은 시청 상황실에서 1분기 노사협의회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 노사협의회는 김형태 노조위원장과 고진택 자치행정국장을 비롯한 양측 위원 8명이 참석했으며, 공무원노조의 건의 안건 6개에 대해 서로 협의를 진행했고, 이날 의정부시 노사는 협의를 통해 공무원노조가 건의한 6개 안건 중 본청 내 직장어린이집 시설개선 등 3개 안건에 대해 반영·추진하기로 합의하고, 본청 당직제도 개선 등 3개 안건에 대해서는 중·장기 검토를 통해 지속적으로 논의하기로 합의했다고 전했다.

김형태 공무원노조 위원장은 “올바른 노사관계 정립을 위한 노사간 소통의 자리로 코로나19 대응과 지원 업무로 지쳐있는 의정부시 공무원 노동자들을 위해 정례화, 내실화될 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

고진택 자치행정국장은 “이번 노사협의회로 공무원 노·사간 소통을 통해 상호 이해를 높이고 협력하는 계기가 되길 바란다”며 “노·사 공동이익 증진 및 시정발전을 위해 함께 노력하자”고 밝혔다.
