[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 의정부시 어린이급식관리지원센터는 어린이급식소 신규조리원을 대상으로 급식소 위생·영양 관리에 관한 일대일 맞춤형 교육을 실시할 계획이라고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 올해 신규 채용된 조리원을 대상으로 급식소 위생 '시설 등 환경관리, 개인위생관리, 공정관리, 보관관리' 등, 식단 영양관리 '식단관리, 배식관리, 염도관리, 1인 1회 적정배식량' 등을 교육할 예정이라고 전했다.

교육 신청은 오는 4월 1일부터 9월 30일까지 상시 접수 가능하며, 자세한 사항은 센터 블로그와 카카오톡 채널을 통해 확인할 수 있다고 했다. 

이상우 위생과장은 “이번 교육이 신규 조리원의 빠른 업무 적응에 도움이 되길 바라며, 앞으로도 어린이급식소 위생·영양 관리에 최선을 다하겠다”라고 밝혔다.

한편, 의정부시어린이급식관리지원센터는 등록된 어린이급식소를 대상으로 위생·영양 순회 방문, 대상별 교육 등의 지원 업무를 하고 있으며 자세한 사항은 전화로 문의하면 된다고 했다.
