[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 25일 경기주택도시공사(이하 GH)는 기존주택 매입임대 미임대분에 대해 입주자격 기준을 완화하여 입주자 수시모집을 진행한다고 밝혔다.

기존주택 매입임대주택은 다세대․다가구․오피스텔 등 기존주택을 GH가 매입하여 개보수 후 시중 시세보다 저렴한 임대료로 무주택 서민에게 공급하는 주택이라고 했다.

입주자 모집 주택은 총 17호로, 수원시 등 경기도 내 6개시(수원시, 김포시, 시흥시, 안산시, 평택시, 화성시)에 위치하고 있으며, 계약기간은 최초 2년(재계약 요건 충족시 최대 20년 거주 가능)이며, 임대보증금 및 월임대료는 주변 시세의 30% 수준으로 책정된다고 했다. 

특히, 이번 모집에서는 당해 세대 월평균 소득이 전년도 도시근로자 가구당 월평균소득의 100%이하(당초 70%이하)인 무주택세대구성원으로 입주자격요건을 완화했다고 했다.
