[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부] GH는 주거복지 수혜계층 확대를 위해 기존주택 매입임대 미임대분에 대해 입주자격 기준을 완화하여 입주자 수시 모집을 진행한다고 밝혔다. 

매입임대주택 사업은 저소득층 도민의 주거안정을 위하여 다가구주택 등을 매입하여 개‧보수 후 시중 시세의 30% 수준의 임대조건으로 저렴하게 임대하는 사업이다. 계약기간은 최초 2년이며, 재계약 요건 충족 시 최대 20년 거주 가능하다고 했다.

이번 수시 모집주택은 총 32세대로 경기도 내 8개시(김포, 안성, 평택 등)에 위치하고 있다. 기존 수시모집 잔여물량을 포함하여 통합 공고하며 해당 물량은 접수일 이전에도 신청이 가능하다고 했다.

입주자격은 당해 세대 월평균 소득이 전년도 도시근로자 가구당 월평균소득의 100%이하(당초 70%이하)인 무주택세대구성원으로 입주자격요건을 완화하였다고 했다.

입주신청은 오는 7월 12일부터 권역별 매입임대센터에서 선착순 현장접수로 진행되며, 주택별 신청접수가 실시간으로 마감될 수 있으니 방문 전 사전확인이 필요하고, 자세한 사항은 GH 공식 홈페이지를 확인하거나 GH 매입임대센터로 문의하면 된다고 전했다.
