[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강원도에서는 농어업·농어촌의 공익적·다원적 기능 촉진을 통한 농어촌사회 공동화 대응 및 지속가능한 농어촌 유지 등을 위해 지난해에 이어 올해도 농가별 70만원씩 농어업인 수당을 지급할 계획이라고 밝혔다.

이를 위해 오는 4월 1일부터 5월 31일까지 거주지별 읍·면·동 주민센터에서 신청 받을 예정이며, 방문접수 외에도 신청자의 편익과 안전을 위해 누구든 스마트폰에서‘나야나’앱을 이용하여 비대면 신청이 가능하도록 했다고 전했다.   

신청대상은 2020년 1월 1일부터 지급 기준일까지 도내에 거주 및 경영체를 등록하여 실제 영농(임)어에 종사한 농어업인이어야 하며, 지급대상자 심사 및 선정절차를 거쳐 7월 중 확정하여 8월부터 농가별로 연 70만원의 선불카드 또는 지역상품권 형식으로 지급할 예정이라고 했다.  

다만, 국민건강보호법에 따라 직장가입자, 농업 외 종합소득금액이 3,700만원 이상인 농가 등은 지급대상에서 제외되며, 이외 자세한 사항은 해당 거주지별 읍·면·동 주민센터에 문의하면 된다고 전했다.  

한편, 김복진 농정국장은“강원도 농어업인 수당이 코로나 19로 어려움을 겪는 농어업인들의 농가경영은 물론 지역경제 활성화에도 조금이나마 보탬이 될 것으로 기대한다.”고 밝혔다.
