[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 3월 23일 캠코(한국자산관리공사)는 한국국토정보공사(LX) 본사(전북 전주시)에서 LX와 ｢감사 전문성, 청렴도 및 내부통제 기능 강화를 위한 업무협약｣을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

이번 업무협약은 감사인력에 대한 상호 지원과 내부통제 제도 등에 대한 협력을 강화하여, 양 기관 감사업무의 전문성은 물론 감사품질 제고를 함께 도모하기 위해 마련됐다고 했다. 

양 기관은 앞으로 감사 관련 협력채널 확대, 청렴도 제고를 위한 감사 인력 POOL 공동구성, 내부통제 기능 강화를 위한 감사 협업 등 긴밀한 협력 관계를 유지해 가기로 했다고 전했다.

특히, 캠코는 LX와 위험 분야별 감사 체크리스트를 공유함으로써, 업무수행 중 발생 가능한 위험을 선제적으로 점검․방지하는 IT기반 캠코 상시모니터링 시스템의 고도화를 위한 지식․노하우 습득도 기대하고 있다고 전했다.

이인수 캠코 상임감사는 “이번 감사 업무협약으로 IT기반 상시모니터링 고도화를 위한 협력, 취약분야 합동 점검 등 내부통제 및 조직 투명성을 강화할 수 있게 돼 뜻깊게 생각한다”며, “기관간 협업을 토대로 국민에게 신뢰받는 공공기관이 되도록 노력해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

한편, 캠코는 상시모니터링 시스템을 통해, 업무 위험요인과 자체감사 반복지적 사항 등의 발생을 자동 감지하고 있으며, 내부 감사대상 부서와도 실시간으로 소통하는 등 부패요소 방지에도 활용하고 있다고 전했다.
